I need some help in choosing a decent alarm system to replace my Eagle 4700DL alarm system. It has 5 zones which work okay but the main panel is outdated. I dont want to go wireless because there are too many windows in the house and it would be a little expensive to change all of the window and door contacts. I have recently installed an Ademco LYNX in my business and it was fairly easy. Thanks all.

I highly recommend the GE/ITI Concord Express - it is a traditional hardwire system with 16 zone wireless built-in. So, you can wire in the zones you have (or add new ones), but you can also use wireless if you need to.
The system is also the easiest on the market to program.
Good luck!
