My father and I are redoing my bathroom. This was our first time at drywalling. The bathroom has ceramic tile about 1/2 the way up the wall. We installed new drywall above it. The drywall and tile are about even in width. I'm looking for suggestions on something to finish the wall...something to put between the drywall and the tile. Any suggestions would be VERY appreciated.

Try using a bead of silicone to fill the joint and then applying a plastic moulding over the joint ,again using silicone.
