RCA TV w/remote.......channels won't change with remote or using manual controls; doesn't matter how you try to change them. Have picture of a channel I've never seen...
BUT sound I want is ok, just pic of a different channel, weird

Cable TV........would it be their problem?


Tried unplugging......no luck. Tried turning on and off, no luck.

Suggestions?

Need more info......... could be many diff. things such as something is hooked up wrong.
