I have two cd players that have problems. One is a single disc and when a disc is inserted it still shows no disc. The other one has 5 disc and only
plays three. I am tired of throwing things out and replacing. Save our planet

the first thing that I would try is a "cd laser lens cleaner" in both them. You may need to repeat the cleanings several times. Also more info would be helpful, such as model numbers, other symptoms if any, when the problems started, etc. If the lens cleaner doesn't work, then I'm out of ideas.... I'm sure another forum member will help you out.
