Hi guys, this is my first visit here. I have a problem and could not find an answer to it. Maybe someone could help me.
I went to take my morning shower and when I turned the cold faucet on in my second floor bath, I barely had a dribble of water. This has never happened before, I have always had more than enough pressure. I checked the hot tap, the sink and toilet and all the other taps in the house and they all work OK.
The faucet is a two handle Standard and is about 30y/old. I changed the washers 3 or 4 years ago.
I left the tap open for about 3 hours and there is an improvement but nowhere near the usual pressure.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I would start right there, again. Pull the stem and breifly turn the water back on, letting water run into the tub. This will remove or clean out any debris that may be in the valve.
Ensure the washer has not worked loose and is still in good condition.
Reassemble it all and see if you have good pressure again. :)

Thanks for the help. I removed the stem, flushed it and changed the washer.
It works fine now.
