i have a slab floor in bathroom.i could only get one anchor to hold in slab.for some reason slab is not present around where flange needs to be anchored.i even tried 3.5 inch screws.toilet doesn't seem sturdy .do i need to reinstall toilet, and before add quick cement so more than one anchor will hold?or is there glue i can use to anchor flange?

You need concrete to fill in around and under the flange. Just mix some Quik-Crete and fill it in.
Good LucK!
