Hi all .. can you please help me .. the ground wire that returns from the reflector - bulbsocket , to the ballast , do i have to connect that also to the ballast ,??? like i did connecting the ground wire from the plug socket to the ballast ..
and in the ballast . how do i know on what side the black wire is & the blue , connecting the plug socket to the ballast & then from the reflector to the ballast
or does it not matter if the colours dont match .. which wire is neutral ??
