I have a Asphalt pad that is starting to deteriate. After it was laid it was sealed with some concrete sealer or something like it because it is white. Rocks are starting to come to the service and it is starting to break down. Can I sweep it really good and then apply a asphalt sealer or does it have to be resurfaced.

Depending upon how deteriorated it is, you could well just seal it and see how it does.
