when they are tried to be watched. Nothing will unfreeze it except turning the power off and then on again. The remote buttons or even the buttons on the player itself do not work at all when a movie is frozen. I tried many movie's and all freeze. I know that the movies work since one is the kids movie they watch frequently and worked fine the last time they watched it. Should I clean the player if there is a DVD player cleaner and/or just clean every DVD?

Your help is most appreciated and thanks in advance.
