I have a 1980 Suzuki DT 40 which had major work done 3 years ago
at a local marina specializing in that brand of outboard.
When starting it up last year, I had to change the spark plugs and provide
new gas , it then worked fine for the season. This year after replacing the
spark plugs and providing new gas, the motor starts immediately, and runs for about 30 seconds then stalls in neutral. It starts right up again after I prime it and then does the same thing. Can you give me any advice as to how to make it run without stalling?
