I just had a new gas furnace installed (Goodman) Forced air .I would like to know how you would hookup the blower so that it could be turned on without the heat.I have a new Honeywell thermostat with- air -off- heat- on one side and fan- and -auto on the other. The blower works fine on the- heat- auto -mode but, I don`t know how to get the fan to work on the fan side of the thermostat.I have a electronic air cleaner installed in system and would like to run the blower to filter air without using the heat.I beleive there`s only 2 wires coming to thermostat-What has to be done??
I`d appreciate any info-thanks Ron

On your fan switch is there on/auto ? If so take the stat off the wall and see if the green wire is hooked to G.
