Hi,
We have a faux marble counter top in a bathroom that is looking a bit tired. We are not at the point where we are ready for a complete remodel. I was wondering if there is any kind of special paint or covering for something like this. Essentially we are looking for a fast and cheap fix.

Fast and cheap? Get a new laminate countertop at your homecenter and install it yourself. While you're at it, might as well replace the lav too. I wouldn't go to the trouble of painting or covering faux marble, if replacing it is just as easy and economical.
