Hi,
How do I get rid of the AC Loss message on my 6160V keypad? I check the transformer and it's plugged in nice and tight, breaker not tripped, but still this message flashes on the keypad and I can't get rid of it. I tried master code + OFF sequence twice, and that didn't work.

A flashing AC light means the system battery is low. Take a look at the other recent post regarding a battery on the SafeWatch Pro 2000.
