Good Morning. I'm oiling a drill press and have forgotten how to oil the chuck. I'd greatly appreciate your responses! Thanks.

What I do with my chucks is to remove them if I can or if a portable drill cover the housing and flood it with WD-40 while opening and closing it all the way.
I find that my chucks tighten up more with dirt and grime more so than because of being dry.

You would be amazed how much grunge comes out.
