The joints within my concrete driveway have been eroding away over time. How or what can I do to repair them?

I've found the easiest product to use is "Instant Road Repair" although I don't think it's any longer available under that name. It's very similar to asphalt but it comes in a 5 gallon pail. First clean out all the old boards, dirt, grass and anything else that's in the joint, then using a shovel, garden trowel or similar pour the material into the joint. You'll have to pack it down tightly, I usually use a piece of board about 12-24 inches long, put the product in and pack it down in layers, not all at once.
Have a small sack of dry mortar on hand to sprinkle onto the mixture when you're done packing it down. It's kind of oily and you don't want to track that into the house. Just pour the mortar on and use a broom to sweep it onto and then away from the joints.
Good luck
