If you sign up for monitoring with anyone, they will come out and reset the codes for you. You're not likely to see anyone give out a master code on line for a whole line of any security product.
Monitoring usually starts at around $29-39 per month.

Good luck.

Absolutely not!!! Monitoring <i>starts</i> around $10-15/month. Monitoring <i>tops</i> around $29-39/month - and that's usually with a leased or financed system (like the kind you get from ADT, Brinks, or the "free system" companies.)

To reset the code on a Simon, you'll have to default the entire panel, which means you'll also have to reprogram the system. As Ron said, see the other post which explains the steps in more detail, and provides a link to the manual (which you will need.)

Good luck!
