I have a 8ft by 8ft slab formed and ready to go. Unfortunately the delivery of concrete can only be done by a boom truck and the cost to me is to high. Can i mix enough concrete with a power mixer in a period of time to accomplish this task, thanks.

An alternative approach may be to rent a motorized wheelbarrow to move the mix.
This should take a yard or so, so a large enough mixer should do it. Check with the tool rental shops to see how large the rental units are.
Hope this helps.
