line seemed to be 'gurgling'. You could feel it. It felt like liquid with bubbles flowing through it.
Did it just start up?? After a short run should be just warm

Dont sound right but you have to have gauges on to tell for sure. Try for the temp across the coil there should have about 18o to 20o drop. Your 13o is low but can be in duct loss.
