amana does not make an "11 SEER" unit
RCB is a 10 SEER with 10 years on the compressor
Amana coils are not rated by seer. they are either fixed orifice or TXV (which does up the efficiency) i believe the TCC means it is TXV.
the SEER rating is also raised by using a variable speed blower

1 SEER isn't going to make a difference that you are going to notice on eff. You may be getting 11 if they installed a TXV on the coil. Have you spoke to the owner to have this explained?
