Does anyone know about weeping goat ***** willows. I have one in my yard. It had leaves last year and it has some ***** willows open this year but some are still closed. Also it doesn't have any leaves on it this year? I'm new at the gardening thing and I wonder what has happened? Is it dead?

In my garden and yard, anything without leaves on June 1 is considered to be dead. Was this an established plant or one you planted last year?
