Was wondering the easiest way I could make the tie on cushions for my dining room chairs. The are wood chairs without cushions and i want to add tie on ones but want to sew and make them myself.. any suggestions..

i'd go to your local sewing center. they'll have patterns you can get (or look at), plus they'll have the cushion inserts, or if you need a special size, they'll have foam you can cut to fit your chair shape perfectly. i've never made them, but it can't be any harder than a throw pillow, with the addition of some straps sewed into the back seam for tieing.
