OK,
have already taken cabinet apart and found coupler is OK based on reading through other posts. Any ideas on next steps? Does not appear to be electrical.
P.s. getting the cabinet back on is no fun

Hi ,
Have you checked the lid switch?
since you know how to lift the console back, unplug the connector that has the 3 wires in it and jump the 2 wires (leave the middle wire alone) and jump the two outer wires normally they are gray in color . put control to spin setting and start if it spins replace the lid sw.
other wise check to see if the clutch drum spins under neath. (round silver looking item)
