I have a new house with water heater and have a circulating pump to have hot water instantly. The problem is when the circulating pump is connected the water temp. changes from time to time... it will get gallons of water at 100 or sometimes right temp. of 125. when the circulating pump is disconnected ones the hot water starts it stays good. Can someone please tell me if may be be some how we are mixing hot and cold water going into heater. we tested after shuting hot water main and there was no water comming into any hot taps so no lines are crossed. HELP.. thanks
