I purchased a new washing machine in February of this year. The clothes doesn't smell 100% clean after washing, no matter what I try. I haven't changed detergents and have tried adjusting the wash load levels, adding a little extra detergent, running the extra rinse cycle and today a repairman came to check the mechanics and found nothing wrong. I did not have this problem with my previous washer of the same brand as this one. Basically, I am not satisfied with its performance. Has anyone else ever had this happen with a major appliance. Is returning/exchanging a difficult process when unhappy with performance? It's a Whirlpool.
