Washer wont agitate, nor spin. After it fills with water makes clicking noices but nothing else. It will drain water but no spinning. Could figure out how to open to check for belt (if equiped).
Washer sold by Costco, under their store brand Kirkland. But is made by Whirlpool.
Model Num. SAWS800HQ0
Any tips greatly appreciated.

If it is a whirlpool, then it might have a broken coupler. A part that only costs about $12.00 to buy and takes about half an hour to repair. The control panel has two screws, depending on its age, they are at the left and right front or back of the control panel. Remove these and the control panel should pull forward a little then swing upward by two hinges in the back. In the control panel area are two spring clips ( left and right) that should be removed and the plug-in connector for the lid switch, unplug it. Then the whole top, front, and sides should come off in one piece. The motor is at the bottom and has the water pump clipped onto the front of it. remove the clips and pull the pump out of the way, The motor has a power connector on the side pull it free and remove the two screws and two clips that hold the motor in place. The coupling is on the other side of the motor. If it is busted or falling apart it will need to be replaced. The new coupling is driven on carefully till it is flush with the shaft. I use a half inch socket extesion and a small hammer. I usually set the motor shaft against the floor to drive on the new coupling so you aren't driving against the motor's bearings. Just reassemble and it should work. Hope this helps. Doc E
