My old kegerator died last weekend. I realize it might not be worth repairing, but I wouldn't respect myself if I didn't try. I'd like some advice on where should I start in diagnosing the problem.
It had been running fine for six years. I moved it to a new loacation, and it ran fine for another 24 hours, then stopped cooling. The fan and compressor are running.
Any ideas on what the problem might be? Thanks!

Does it have two fans? On mine the fan in the freezer compartment quit turning. It had stripped out around the motor shaft. A new one wasn't availible. I took a plastic hollow wall fastener, drilled a matching hole in the center of the fan, and stuffed it in. Then I remounted it to the motor. It's been running fine for months, even through a move.

When you moved this was it laid on its side and if so how long did you wait before plugging back in to electric?
