I have a tub and shower which has been losing water pressure, when showering, over several months. The water is still coming out of the faucet into the tub.

I have taken the screw out of the diverter handle, but the handle won't budge. It still turns, but it is crooked. I just want to remove it to fix the pressure problem. Any Ideas?

Have you tried spraying the area w/WD40 to loosen things up?
May help
