My ice maker stopped making ice. It happend when our main water valve was shut off while we were away on vacation. I opened the main water valve after returning but that is when the ice maker quit making ice. any ideas out there?

The tube that fills the icemaker (in the freezer behind or right above the IM) could have frozen up from very low water pressure. Did you shut the icemaker off when you were gone? If not check the tube first. Hope that helps. Doc E
