If "regular faucet" is a 2 handle faucet you probably need a new washer. Turn off the water supply, open the faucet to relieve any pressure ,pop the cover off of the handle and unscrew the screw that holds the handle on.and gently pull the handle off.Unscrew the guts from the faucet,(it may have a retaining nut to loosen or remove first)Look at the washer and change if necessary. If it's a single handle you will probably have to replace an "O" ring or the whole cartridge. Good luck and post back.
