There is hot water from every faucet in the house except one shower. It has one of those handles that you turn counterclockwise, first giving you cold water, and turning farther adding the hot water. What could be wrong? Is this an easy repair or do I need a plumber to come in?

Brand of valve would be good to know, I'd say replace the cartridge in the valve.
