GE Spacemaker washer WSLP1100DWH won't agitate or spin. It still drains. It is not making any unusual noises. I can move the agitator by hand, and I can move the inner basket in one direction by hand. Sometimes, it gives DR as an error code. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
