Could someone please tell me how to remove a Plastic Ring Gear off the flywheel?

first take the flywheel off the engine. then use a small center punch to make a indention in the four pins on the fin side. use a 1/8 drill bit make a hole about 1/8 inch deep. change bit to 1/4 drill bit then drill till the brad end is removed. use a 3/16 pin punch to drive out the pins. install the new replacement ring gear according to instructions. the new gear will be aluminum, it should last the remainder of the engine's life. i've replaced several of these and this is how i do it.
