Hey all,
I need to find a new tank for an existing toilet bowl.

Is this something that is easily done?
Arethere brand/size considerations?
The local rebuilder's center has tons of old toilet tanks, but I am unsure how to differentiate between them...

Any thoughts?

As long as the bolt holes for connecting the tank to the base are the same distance apart I see no problem. Size wise.....it's probably a matter of looks ( a wide tank on a slender bowl would probably not look good.)You will probably have to buy a new inlet set-up if the new tank has been sitting around (dryed out seals).Good luck and post back.
