Just discovered that my freezer gasket is pulling away from the freezer door allowing cold air to escape and causing condenstaion. Anyone know a cheap fix vs spending $69 plus shipping for a new gasket?

You didn't say if it was a refrig or just a freezer. Does it need a new gasket? It depends on whether or not the gasket is tearing or falling apart or if the door liner is breaking up and not holding the gasket down. If it is the gasket then replace it, if the door liner is breaking up you will have to replace it or try to strengthen it, so it will be able to hold the gasket in place to seal properly. On older freezers the liner can be very expensive or even impossible to get. Hope this helps. Doc E
