My Frigidaire electric side-by-side fridge (about 3 years old) stopped working. The light lights but no refrigeration. The outlet is ok. FYI: We had turned it off for about 1 1/2 years and are just now trying to get it back up and working. Suggestions? :(

Have a factory approved service call, I say that because if it is a sealed system problem it will be covered under their warrant 5-10 years on most.
I would check that route first.

You should check the defrost timer. If it stopped in defrost then nothing would be running. Just the lights would work. Doc E
