I just redid my bathroom about 4 months ago, and I noticed the caulk between the tub and tile was starting to discolor.
So I took a knife and started to remove it...when I noticed a lot of moisture behind the caulk. The caulk behind the dried stuff was very wet, almost a creamy texture. I sealed the tiles several times with sealer, so how could the water be getting back there?

Gain access to the back side of wall, could be the faucet leaking or water weeping up from the bottom of the wall.
