It has a B&S Quantum XTE 6 HP engine (model12h802) with a vertical shaft (pressure washer parts on the bottom)

Which oil seal is it you're needing to replace? Magneto end or PTO end?

I could guess but... which is most likely to have a heavy leak? Wouldn't the PTO? The replacement part is 399781S, Seal-Oil if that helps.
