Hello
In my 1987 built home, a dual paned casement window is broken on the outside and has a hole in the size of a baseball. I live in Minnesota. I think I need to fix this before the winter comes. What do I do? I am a novice as far as home fixing is concerned and a new home owner.
Please help.
Thanks

Yengee,
If you know the manufacturer of the window, contact them for a replacement. Otherwise, call most any reputable local glass company. They will come to your house and measure for a replacement. They will have to order it since double pane glass is manufactured as a sealed unit at the factory, probably with an inert gas in between.
