I have textured walls in my bathroom. I want to make them smooth as apply rub ons to the walls. What is the best way to remove the texture? It isnt as sharp as popcorn. Thanks/Jina

What kind of texture is it? Can you describe it?

I think it is called "orange peel".

You really can't scrape off orange peel, it should be floated or smoothed out with a coat or two of joint compound.
