I recently painted my hallway with a Behr semi-gloss paint and backrolled 50% on each new stroke of the roller and kept the edges of the roller wet and I still got roller marks when you stand and look down the hall. How can I prevent this from happening? Thanks

I need to correct myself. I used Satin paint, not semi-gloss.

Try applying a second coat to even it out.
What size roller cover was used, 3/8", 1/2" or 3/4"?

I put a second coat on in the same fashion as the first that I mentioned before. I was using 3/8 medium texture roller. Good ones too. I think anyways.

3/8" is too small for walls. It forces you to overwork the roller because it doesn't hold near enough paint. Use a 1/2" or 3/4" to apply a better coat. I personally only use 3/4" for any latex on walls.
