hi, how can i buld a brick fireplace i want to do it by my self need design or a step by step type of answer

Id say dont try it. Get one of the steel heatilator for the fireplace and built what you want around it. all you have to do is set the flue tiles on it and go on up. You also can put small blowers in it that will blow heat out into the room. Dont forget to build in it a air intake from out side for make up air for the flue on it.
