ok so i'm building my own first house , with mistakes here and there , but nothing that can't be solved.
I'm installing a double sliding glass door frame , now the walls are build out of 2x6's , unfortunatly the wood was warped a bit so ihad to change the frame to accomodate the door framing. now i got that straighten out ,i'm wondering about the framing ...the outside of the framing has an square edge , should this stick out past the OSB so i can glue the trim of the vinyl siding onto it or should it be flush with the osb ?...that's somethign the manual doesn't say , but to me seems an important thing...

sypto,
Welcome to DoItYourself.com and the Door & Window forum.
In new construction, the sliders and the windows are usually installed with their nail fins directly on the framing of the rough opening, after the housewrap is in place, and before the OSB is installed. The door/window frame usually has enough projection out from the fin so that the frame is past the surface of the OSB.
When I install vinyl siding, it's usually done with 1X4 or 2X4 trim around the doors and windows, which gets wrapped with aluminum coil, and the j-channel butts to that trim. Glue what vinyl trim? The j-channel gets nailed on. After the siding is installed, you use silicon and caulk the joint where the j-channel meets the coil, and where the coil meets the window/door frame.

You changed the wood framing of the house, or the frame of the slider?

well the top and bottom of the studs where framed right , but the middle was severly warped wich we didn't catch during the initial fase of the construction as some of the wood was a little wet(that's the way it came to us) and my guess is that it started to warp when it was drying out during the last 3 weeks , and causing this warp in it , since it's a double 2x6 there's not enough room to stud it and brace it go get enough clearance for the frame, the frame fits but i can't adjust the frame enough to get it squared out in the framing., that why i had to move the whole stud 1" to get the clearance.
