Getting ready to mix about seventeen bags of quikrete. To save some time and trial & error, does anyone know how much water to add to one 80 lb. bag of ready mix quikrete, to achieve the optimum consistency?

There is a suggested amount listed on the label. I have found that how much it takes varies from bag to bag. Sometimes it takes a bit more, sometimes the label amount is right. I imagine that the variation is due to there being a bit more in some bags than in others.
