I need to get to my pool plumbing. It is located about 14 inches deep and covered by dirt and about 3-4 inches of concrete. If I use a jackhammer, do I risk busting the lines? Former house owner dug them up at some point and there is a smooth cut line. If I use a jackhammer, will it cleave at this joint? Is there a blade that I can use on my 7 1/4 circ saw? Or do I need to rent a saw to get smooth cut. It is $80 for 4 hours to rent a concrete saw!!
