Today (4/27/04) I saw an episode of curb appeal on HGTV where they had finished a concrete front porch to look like flagstone using concrete. First they put a new concrete coating (I think) over all of the old, repairing a crack and replacing some steps. Then the put down tape to resemble the edges of flagstone and put something over the old concrete which I think was just darker concrete. I missed that part and I thought the effect was great. I would like to do the same thing. I checked out HGTV's website and there are no pictures or discriptions of the process. Does anyone have a clue as to what they did? I'd appreciate any information.
I've also posted this on faux finishes forum, but thought this might be a better place to post it.
thanks
