After recently moving a toilet line from the floor to the wall I have been experiencing a humming noise and vibration after the water is shut off. I have tried opening all the valves in the house and cleaning out all of the vents. Any suggestion?

Thanks, I think I figured out the problem by replacing the seal in the toilet water valve inside the tank!
