I have 4 or 5 concrete steps (probably over concrete or cinder block) leading up from my driveway between concrete/cinder block. When it rains, water collects in the back where the riser meets the step. It looks like the steps are pitched towards the back. Is there any way of leveling the steps so that the water will run down the step instead of puddling towards the back?

This technique may be just what the doctor ordered if you don't need to make much of an increase in the thickness of the surface.

Thanks, chfite. I did read that this afternoon. However, this look like a very thin coat. Can it be built up (possibly up to 1")?
