I live in a double wide home that's in great shape. But I am so sick of the mauves and blues, remember? I have vinyl wallpaper, will the paint stick to this? Some of it has very tiny ridges. I know you should remove it, but it is so even, smooth with no damages. Thought it would be a better surface to paint if the paint will stick.
Thanks alot!:)

I never suggest paint any paper unless its impossible to remove without completely tearing up the walls. Vinyl coating is much too slick a surface for good adhesion, and wallpaper is a layered product, meaning vinyl is bonded to a paper substrate which in turn is bonded to the primer which in turn is bonded to the wall. Way too many possible weak links there. Always try to take the paper down first. If any of the above links fail due to the linear pull of drying paint, the resulting problems will far outweigh the time saved by painting over it.
