The concrete on my foundation is starting to crack in the formation of the cinder blocks beneith. How do I repair it and is there a sealer or paint that would protect it from cracking again?
Also, I have a wooden front porch and I need to add another layer or two of concrete to the foundation underneith my porch,(same wall where it's cracking, just missing a layer or two of concrete) what is the best way to repair and/or add concrete to it? Thank you

The concrete on my foundation is starting to crack in the formation of the cinder blocks beneith Do you mean that there is a layer of concrete over the blocks in the manner that stucco might be over blocks to hide them?
