Must the sink and toilet be removed from the bathroom before tiling? We are not really ready to replace these items and the existing sink is pedestal and so removing it will require some wall repair. My husband says we can tile around them and I say that we shouldn't. I want to be wrong, but who's right?
Thanks,
Julie

If you have any idea of new ones down the line. Pull them now and tile behind them the whole wall. Later on you can put anything you want there on the wall on top of the tile .
